Eccolo Media 2009 B2B Technology Collateral Survey Report – this study has some fantastic data about what type of collateral (e.g. white papers, podcasts, etc.) influences technology buyers. Skim this to see if your communications efforts are aligned with your audience preferences.

Here’s an guide on how to create and market white papers. John Burnell wrote this at AIM’s request for the AIDC industry, but the principles apply to any white paper project.

Pioneers in content marketing offer this free excerpt from their 2009 book, Get Content Get Customers: Turn Prospects into Buyers with Content Marketing, which provides a nice overview of content marketing.
